Needing a Room to rent in August or September 2024

So let me start first by saying my name is Kim. I currently live in Louisiana but am planning on moving to New York in August or September. Why do I want to move to New York? Well because from the very first time I visited there about 11yrs ago I fell in love with it, the people, the atmosphere, fashion, culture, you name it. Anyway, a little about me, currently I work in accounts payable for a trucking company. Nothing too exciting but it pays the bills. In my spare time though I love reading, writing and traveling. Movies and theatre of course. My favorite shows are Friends, Vanderpump Rules, Outlander. I love pretty much anything New York and every animal out there. Dogs have my heart. Lol. I drink some and smoke recreationally on occasion. I’m vaccinated as well. I’m LGBTQ friendly. I do have 2 dogs. I have a frenchie (Hattie – short for Manhattan. Of course, she’s named after New York!) and a chihuahua mix (Luna). Both of them are under 20lbs and super friendly and potty trained. They go in a kennel when I’m at work. They love everyone. I am very clean and organized and I don’t mind helping with chores or whatever. I feel like it’s a team effort. So that’s a little about me. Oh, and I’m 41 but I’m a 41 so please don’t let my age detour you! If you have any questions, I’m an open book. Can’t wait to hear from you!
